Why Our Policy Pages Carry Weight

Our legal content is written by the team that operates 11x666, reviewed against the actual account and payment systems we run, and updated whenever our terms change. These are not template pages...

Written by Operators

Every clause on this page was drafted by the people who built and run 11x666. We write from direct knowledge of how accounts, payments, and disputes actually work on our platform, not from a generic template library.

Reviewed Against Live Systems

Before publishing, our policy team cross-checks each clause against the live payment flows for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, and Raast to confirm the terms accurately reflect what happens when you transact.

Updated on Term Changes

When our licensing authority issues a policy update or our payment partners change their conditions, we revise this page and notify active account holders by email before the change takes effect.

Pakistan-Specific Wording

Access and payment terms are written specifically for supported regions in Pakistan. We do not copy-paste international policy text and apply it here — the wording accounts for local payment rails and regional access rules.

Dispute Process Documented

Our dispute resolution steps are written in plain English so you can follow them without legal expertise. The process is sequential, time-bound, and traceable through your account ticket system.

Data Rights Covered

Your rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your account data are described in our privacy clause. Requests are handled within the timeframe required by the applicable data protection framework.

POLICY PAGE CONSISTENCY

How This Page Aligns With Our Other Terms

Our legal section is structured so each policy page covers a distinct area without contradicting the others. The table below shows how this page connects to the rest of our terms framework.

01

Account Terms

The account creation and suspension rules sit in our Account Terms page and are referenced but not duplicated here.

02

Privacy Policy

Data collection, storage, and your access rights are covered fully in our Privacy Policy rather than repeated across every legal page.

03

Payment Conditions

Transaction limits, reversal windows, and provider-specific rules for JazzCash and Easypaisa are detailed in our Payment Conditions page.

04

Withdrawal Policy

Verification steps for SadaPay and Raast withdrawals, including identity checks, are described in the Withdrawal Policy rather than here.

05

Dispute Resolution

The step-by-step escalation path, including timelines and reference numbers, is laid out in the Dispute Resolution section of our full terms.

06

Cookie Notice

How we use cookies and what your consent covers is addressed in our Cookie Notice, separate from the account and payment terms on this page.

07

Terms Updates Log

A dated log of material changes to any policy page is kept in our Terms Updates section so you can see what changed and when.

What Defines Our Legal Section

Our legal section is structured around the real conditions of operating in Pakistan. Each page is written in plain English, covers a specific policy area, and...

Plain English Drafting

We write every policy clause so an account holder can read it without a legal background. Where technical or jurisdictional language is unavoidable, we add a plain-language summary directly beneath the clause.

Region-Aware Access Rules

Access conditions are written with Pakistan-specific rules in mind. Where local law affects what we can offer and where, we state that directly rather than using vague global language that may not apply to you.

Linked Policy Structure

Each page in our legal section links to the adjacent policy pages it references. You won't find a term defined on one page without a direct link to where it is enforced or elaborated elsewhere in our framework.

Versioned Terms

Every policy page carries a version date. When we update a clause, we increment the version, publish a summary of changes, and send notice to affected account holders before the new version applies.

Account-Level Applicability

Our terms apply to your account specifically, not to an anonymous visitor. Rights, obligations, and dispute paths all reference your registered account so there is no ambiguity about who the terms bind.

Accessible on All Devices

This legal section renders clearly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. We do not gate policy pages behind a login so you can read the terms before you decide to open an account.

Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

Your account is governed by the law of the jurisdiction named in the licensing information displayed during account registration. That jurisdiction determines which rules apply to disputes, data rights, and account termination procedures.

Access is available in supported regions of Pakistan where local law permits. If your location falls outside a supported region, the platform will inform you at login. We do not override regional access restrictions and cannot make exceptions on an individual basis.

Disputed transactions funded via JazzCash or Easypaisa are reviewed against our payment records and your provider's transaction log. Raise a ticket through your account panel within seven days of the transaction and include the provider reference number for faster resolution.

Submit a written data access request through the email address listed in your account settings under the Legal section. We process data requests within the timeframe required by the applicable privacy framework and confirm receipt by email within two working days.

Account closure requests are submitted through the support ticket system in your account panel. Once verified, closure is processed within three working days. Any pending SadaPay or Raast withdrawals are completed before the account is deactivated.

We send an email notification to your registered address before any material change to our terms takes effect. The updated version date appears at the top of each policy page so you can compare it to the version you previously accepted.

Formal legal notices should be sent in writing to the correspondence address listed in your account settings under Legal Contact. Include your account reference number and a clear description of the matter. We log all formal notices and issue a reference number by return.
